How are the therapy sessions conducted?

Sessions are held online via secure video and typically last 50 minutes.

I offer some extended sessions subject to availability. You can ask me about this in our consult call.

What is therapy like with you?

Therapy is collaborative and focused on understanding challenges, identifying patterns, and developing practical ways to cope and move forward.

Do you accept insurance or NIHB?

I do not bill insurance or NIHB directly, but receipts are always provided for reimbursement. I work with clients covered by major insurers and NIHB, and can make arrangements for EAPs when applicable.

What can I expect from therapy?

Therapy can support insight, emotional regulation, and improved ways of responding to stress, anxiety, or life transitions. Progress varies by individual.

How much do sessions cost?

Individual therapy is $170 per 50-minute session. Couples therapy is $200 per 50-minute session. Receipts are always provided.
